I wont bore you with some dumb story behind the recipe that no one ever cares about! I will tell you quickly this recipe is my all time fave scone recipe and my Aunt Esther (who i adore) brings them to every event. I decided to switch up the recipe a bit and make it dairy free and “kinda vegan” as i like to say. I hope you love these as much as we do.

Note: the 1/2 cup wheat flour can we omitted if your don’t have on hand. Just change recipe to 2 cups all purpose flour*
